报告人简介：Jean-Paul Lalles教授现任法国农业科学研究院西方人类营养研究中心副会长，主要从事“Unbalanced diets, gut-brain axis and eating behavior”和“Perinatal nutrition and programming of gut function”研究。曾主持和参与 “Healthypigut”，“Feed for Pig Health”和“Interplay”等欧盟项目，已发表论文100多篇，目前担任《British Journal of Nutrition》和《Journal of Nutritional Sciences》期刊第一编辑。
