研究领域
光照和温度等环境因子具有调控植物生长发育的重要作用。实验室以园艺植物番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)和模式植物拟南芥为植物材料,聚焦光信号调控番茄的生长发育、代谢和抗逆的机理以及在设施园艺生产中的应用。最近实验室围绕番茄光受体SlUVR8,以及其信号通路上的转录因子SlBBX20、SlBBX21 和SlHY5,揭示了光信号在调控番茄耐“弱光徒长”和果实代谢中具有重要作用,并揭示了相关作用机制 (Yang et al., Plant Cell 2022 ; Zhang et al., Plant Physiology 2022);揭示了紫外光UV-B调控其光受体UVR8以及UVR8的关键调控蛋白E3泛素连接酶COP1核质定位变化的分子机理 (Fang et al., New Phytologist 2022 ; Zhang et al., Plant Journal 2023)。
