植物气孔免疫机理研究前沿
报告摘要:
植物气孔存在于植物地上部表皮,由一对保卫细胞围成的小孔。植物通过气孔的张开与关闭运动来调控与环境的气体交换,包括CO2的吸收以及蒸腾作用等。另一方面,气孔作为天然的开口被许多病原菌利用作为入侵途径造成植物病害。本次报告将着重介绍病原菌引起的气孔免疫反应机理研究的前沿进展,同时也将介绍气孔生物学与其他学科的相关性,如生态、食品等学科,希望本次报告能成为与其他学科方向交叉合作的契机。
报告人简介:
获大连工业大学学士学位、日本冈山大学硕士和博士学位(2015年),2015-2019年日本冈山大学、英国塞恩斯伯里实验室、日本名古屋大学从事博士后研究,2019年入职农生学院。

TITLE:Recent advances in stomatal immunity mechanism
ABSTRACT:
Stomata, formed by pairs of guard cells, regulate gas exchange (e.g., CO2 uptake) for photosynthesis and transpiration, thus playing important roles in plant growth and waterstatus regulation. On the other hand, stomata as natural openings are exploited by many pathogens as the major invasion routes. In this talk, I will introduce the recent advances in stomatal immunity mechanism, and also the relevance of stomatal biology to other research fields including ecology and food safety with an aim to initiate multidisciplinary collaborations.
