报告题目:水杨酸及茉莉酸提高番茄对TYLCV的抗性研究
报告摘要:
番茄黄化曲叶病毒(TYLCV)引起的番茄病害是近几十年来影响我国番茄生产最具破坏性的病害之一,给农民造成巨大经济损失。植物体防御病原菌侵染可以诱导依赖于水杨酸的系统获得性抗性(SAR)及依赖于茉莉酸的诱导系统性抗性(ISR)。SA介导的信号途径与JA介导的信号途径可以互相影响,通常情况下存在拮抗作用。报告人课题组以TYLCV与番茄互作体系为模式,通过检测TYLCV侵染番茄后的抗性指标以及与水杨酸、茉莉酸信号途径相关基因表达等,发现 TYLCV侵染番茄诱导的水杨酸信号途径及茉莉酸信号途径具有协同作用。我们的研究结果有助于丰富番茄对TYLCV抗性的认知,为植物提高自身抗性抵御病毒侵染提供理论依据。
报告人简介:
报告人2011年获美国俄亥俄州立大学植物细胞分子生物学博士学位,2011-2012年在美国俄亥俄州立大学进行博士后研究,2013年3月入职农生学院。

TITLE: SA and JA improve tomato resistance infected by TYLCV
ABSTRACT:
Tomato disease caused by tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) is one of the most destructive diseases affecting tomato production in China in recent decades, causing huge economic losses to farmers. There are mainly two types of plant resistance when plants affected by pathogen infection. One type is SA-dependent resistance, systemic acquired resistance (SAR), the other type is JA-dependent resistance, induced systemic resistance (ISR). There are usually antagonism effects between SA mediated signal pathway and JA mediated signal pathway in plant. In our study, TYLCV and tomato interaction as the model system, by detecting a series of resistance read outs and expression of some genes related to SA and JA signal pathways, our data showed that the SA signal pathway and JA signal pathway had synergistic effect when infected by TYLCV. Our results could provide a theoretical basis for investigating plant how to improve immunity infected by viruses in future.
